How do I add images to a ticket or knowledge base?

As from version 2 of Acorn Aid you can now add images to a ticket, ticket update or knowledge base article.

For the image to be included you will need to know the image URL address. e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/images/image1.jpg

Adding an image

  1. Click the Image icon within the text editor
  2. Enter the image source address in the source field e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/images/image1.jpg
  3. If required change the image size
  4. Click OK
  5. The image will now appear in the text editor and will be visible once the ticket, ticket update or knowledge base article has been submitted.
