How do I edit or delete a ticket

Edit or delete a ticket or ticket update

Supervisors and admins of the system have the ability to delete or edit a ticket.

To delete a ticket follow the steps below

  1. Log into your admin http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/admin/
  2. Open a ticket
  3. Accept or assign the ticket to yourself
  4. Click the trash can at the top of the page
  5. Confirm you want to delete the entire ticket in the popup.

To delete an ticket update follow these steps

  1. Log into your admin http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/admin/
  2. Open a ticket
  3. Click the X inside of the ticket update you wish to delete.
  4. Confirm you want to delete the ticket update in the popup.

To edit a ticket, ticket subject or ticket update follow these steps

  1. Log into your admin http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/admin/
  2. Open a ticket
  3. Click the pencil above the part you wish to edit
  4. Type the changes you wish to make
  5. Click outside of the edit box
  6. Confirm changes in popup
