How do I assign agents to groups

Assigning agents to groups

All agents can view and add private notes to tickets in any group.

For agents to be able to update and close tickets they need to be assigned to groups.

Add an agent to a group(s)

  1. Log into your admin interface e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/admin/
  2. Click on the Menu icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
  3. Go to Settings > Users
  4. Click the Edit button beside to agent you want to add to a group
  5. Scroll down to Skills
  6. Tick each group you'd like the agent to be assigned to
  7. Click Submit to save
