Tracking and updating a ticket as an user

Track and update a ticket as a user

Once a ticket has been created a user can track and update a ticket.

Track a ticket as a registered user

  1. Go to your user interface e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/user/
  2. Click Track Request
  3. Sign In with a registered email address and password
  4. Click on My Tickets
  5. Click on the ticket subject to see the ticket

 Track a ticket as a guest

  1. Go to your user interface e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/user/
  2. Click Track Request
  3. Enter the email address associate with the ticket
  4. Enter the ticket number
  5. Click Track Ticket

Update a Ticket

  1. Track a ticket from your user interface e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/user/
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Enter an update
  4. Click Update

The ticket will be updated and an agent will be notified of the update.
