Updating a ticket as an agent

Update a ticket as an agent

  1. Log into your admin e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/admin/
  2. Click on the Menu icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
  3. Go to TicketsView
  4. Click on a ticket to open
  5. Click the Thumbs Up icon to accept the ticket if unaccepted
  6. Enter a Reply
  7. Select a Status
  8. Click Submit

Your reply will appear within the ticket. If email notifications are enabled an email notification including the ticket details will be sent to the user.
