How do I add Knowledge Base groups

Adding a knowledge base group

Knowledge Base groups enable you to categorise your articles in relevant groups.

  1. Log into your admin http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/admin/
  2. Click on the Menu icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
  3. Go to Knowledge Base > Manage Groups
  4. Enter a group name
  5. Click Submit
